1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and SkyKasino ("we", "us", "the Platform"), operating at https://skykasino.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the SkyKasino website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting services, live casino tables, promotional programmes, and any other products or services made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of SkyKasino, you irevocably accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and SkyKasino.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply. Defined terms may appear throughout this document in their defined sense regardless of whether they are capitalised in each individual instance.

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with SkyKasino, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. SkyKasino strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You must register only one Account in your own name. Multiple accounts person, household, or per IP address are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by SkyKasino in writing.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a SkyKasino employee or contractor in a role that has access to internal game or odds data.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either voluntary (initiated through SkyKasino) or mandatory (imposed by a third-party responsible gambling authority).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration and promptly update such information should it change.

4Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and a secure password. All information provided must be truthful and must match your official identity documents.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. SkyKasino strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify SkyKasino's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.

SkyKasino shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any Wager placed using your correct Account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, irespective of whether you personally placed that Wager.

4.2 KYC Verification

SkyKasino operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Prior to authorising your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit copies of: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad or passport); (b) proof of address if requested; and (c) proof of the payment method used to make deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch'n Go eWallet or bank account statement showing your name). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until satisfactory documentation is received.

5Deposits & Payments

SkyKasino accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT TRC20, and Litecoin). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet methods. Bank transfers via FPX typically clear within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, which may vary. SkyKasino does not guarantee processing times for third-party payment providers.

5.1 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is in a name other than the registered Account holder — are prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of funds to the payment source. SkyKasino reserves the right to request proof of source funds for any deposit.

5.2 Currency

The Platform's primary operating currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal limits are expressed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation, as determined by SkyKasino's payment processing provider.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your Account's cashier section. SkyKasino aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5–30 minutes for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) following completion of KYC verification. Bank transfers may take up to 2hours during business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The Player's KYC verification must be fully approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds received must be satisfied in full.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available real-money balance (i.e., excluding unconverted Bonus Funds).
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the SkyKasino Account.
• The Account must be in good standing, with no open disputes, fraud flags, or ongoing investigations.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are as follows: minimum withdrawal ofRM50 per transaction; maximum withdrawal of RM30,000 per day for standard accounts. VIP tier members are subject to higher withdrawal caps as specified in their individual VIP agreements. SkyKasino reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests.

7Bonuses & Promotions

SkyKasino offers a range of promotional incentives, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referal bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which shall be read alongside these general Terms.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by SkyKasino are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for that promotion; incomplete wagering at the expiry of the bonus period will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winings.

7.2 Bonus Abuse & Exploitation

SkyKasino reserves the right to void bonuses, withold associated winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or the exploitation of system errors to generate artificial wagering activity. Indicators of bonus abuse include, without limitation: low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; use of multiple accounts; and systematic exploitation of promotional structures.

7.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

SkyKasino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring all bonus amounts already credited to Player accounts prior to such modification. Promotions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash in their bonus form.

8Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on SkyKasino operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested to meet international standards for statistical fairness and unpredictability. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes individual sessions.

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League), UFC, and other competitions — are governed by SkyKasino's Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a sports-betting-specific matter, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or software error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an eroneous credit to a Player's Account, SkyKasino reserves the right to void the affected Wager or correct the Account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and play. Players are encouraged to report any suspected system errors to support immediately.

8.3 Game Rules

Each game on the SkyKasino platform displays its own individual game rules, paytable, and RTP information within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a Wager. SkyKasino accepts no liability for Wagers placed under a misapprehension of game rules.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the SkyKasino platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable referal to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Coluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer casino games or sportsbook markets.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, lopholes, or mathematical errors to generate winings that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful wagering activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing SkyKasino staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

10Suspension & Termination

SkyKasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual or household.
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC and AML checks. Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may forfeit all balances at SkyKasino's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account for any reason may do so by contacting SkyKasino's support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyKasino shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winings resulting from technical malfunctions; interruptions to service; third-party payment delays; losses arising from unauthorised Account access; or decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform.

SkyKasino's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the aggregate net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit SkyKasino's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12Responsible Gambling

SkyKasino is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small minority of players, gambling may become problematic. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling behaviour:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits from your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Configure timed notifications to alert you to the duration of your gambling session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and no marketing communications will be sent to you.

13Privacy & Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where necessary to deliver our services — for example, with payment processors for transaction verification, with identity verification providers for KYC purposes, and with licensed game studios to enable gameplay. All third-party data processors are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data security standards.

14Amendments to These Terms

SkyKasino reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes that affect your rights as a Player, the conditions for withdrawing funds, or the bonus structure — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure, at which point your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you.

Minor amendments — including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required by regulatory changes — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to SkyKasino's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, SkyKasino and the Player agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other in writing, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution process specified by SkyKasino's licensing authority, details of which are available on request from our support team.

Nothing in this clause prevents SkyKasino from seeking injunctive relief or other interim remedies in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
